RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Print-on-Demand Items

All Karasu Apparel products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost to you. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@karasuapparel.ca
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion

Wrong Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us at hello@karasuapparel.ca within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
