1. Overview

By visiting and purchasing from Karasu Apparel ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

All products are made to order through print-on-demand manufacturing. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production immediately. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they are submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Karasu Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Karasu Apparel. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Karasu Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing your order and improving your experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
