SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

All Karasu Apparel products are made to order. Orders typically take 2-7 business days to produce before shipping. Production times may be longer during peak periods.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via our print-on-demand production partners using standard carriers including Canada Post, USPS, and other regional carriers depending on your location.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Karasu Apparel has no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (Canada/US) or 20 business days (international), contact us at hello@karasuapparel.ca and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Karasu Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
